PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa delta, Solo and Switch Through our secure trading card processing account.

Cheques/Postal orders - made payable to 'Spiritgarden Ethnobotanicals'

Cash - Not recommend but may be sent registered post. Note: We do not accept any responsibility for cash that is lost in the post.

Western Union Money transfer - Please e-mail us if you intend to use this payment option.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

All postage within the UK mainland items are sent first class either registered/signed for or parcel service, if special postage or packaging arrangements are needed please feel free to contact us.

NOTE:- We attempted to get all orders out as swiftly as possible, we have to work by a schedule so orders must be made before midday to be dispatched the same day. This includes 'Special UK delivery service'. If it is later than that it may not be sent that day although we always try!

SHOPPING CART/HOW TO ORDER

To make an order please browse through the products and select 'add to cart' for items you wish to purchase.

You will then get a display of the item you have selected. From here you can either continue shopping by selecting the product category you wish or if you have finished and want to pay you can click on the 'complete order'. If you wish to remove an item from your cart please click 'remove'

Upon completing your order you will be displayed with a form asking for your name and address.

Also on this page you can select the shipping/postage option aswell as the payment method you wish to use. When completed click 'continue'

Upon submitting this if you selected cheque as your payment option you will get a confirmation page and e-mail. If you are paying with a credit or debit card as your payment method you will be redirected to a secure page and asked to fill in your card details. You will recieve e-mails confirming your order.
